We can only dispatch items to address provided at check out, billing address can be different to delivery address.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, you will later recieve another email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to full fill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
All sizes are shown in UK sizes, most of our sizes are displayed showing the correct size conversion, where we have not done so please use our size conversion charts or contact us if you still need help at email@example.com.
We aim to dispatch your item on the same working day if the order is placed by 12.00pm GMT
Royal Mail tracked 48 - FREE service (2-3 working days), Royal mail traked 24 (1-2 working days). The charge for delivery is per item, however with multiple items being purchased, a shippinng discount will be provided at checkout. For SMS updates please include a mobile number at check out.
Royal Mail International signed for or royal mail International Tracked (3-7 working days).
DHL Express or Economy service for EU and Rest of the world.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in as all deliveries must be signed for. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you, but unfortunately we cannot leave a parcel unless there is someone to accept it. Please enter your alternative delivery address when you place your order.
If Royal Mail or DHL are unable to deliver, they will leave a card to explain why they were unable to deliver and how to arrange a redelivery or collection.
If for any reason there is a delay dispatching your order, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and provide you with an alternative date for delivery. If you are not happy with the revised date, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
International: Some countries may have additional import requirements to the rest of the European union, with the possibility of import duties being added. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The import and duty policies vary from country to country and we cannot advise you how much duty will be applied to your order value, please seek advice from your countries relevant governing bodies before placing your order.
As an additional security measure, customers outside the UK may be asked to provide proof of their billing address such as a utility bill etc. This will need to display the name and address of the person who has placed the order with us before the order is dispatched. Any order that is being dispatched outside of the UK can only be delivered to the billing address.
