Refund Policy

30 Returns Policy:

30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

UK customers: 

Return labels are £3.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

The refund will be the original purchase price only, initial delivery charges will not be reimbursed.  Refunds will be made to your original method of payment. This will process within 3-5 working days depending on your bank and immediate if using paypal. 

Foot World does not accept liability for goods damaged in transit during the return process.  

We strongly advise customers use a trackable service to return goods as Foot World will neither be held liable if items are lost in transit. 

All returns are processed within 2-3 working days of receipt. However during busy periods such as Christmas this may take longer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or under garments). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, contact us about the exchange needed and we will can arrange this for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person.
