Returns Refunds and Exchanges

30 Returns Policy:

Refunds will only be issued for items returned within 30 days of purchase in its original state, unworn with tags attached. In original packaging unworn and unsoiled, please test shoes on a clean surface. Any items recieved after this period may be considered for an exchange or a credit note reimbursment at the discretion of Foot World Limited.

Please report a return to us by contacting us at, this should be done within 5 days of the delivery date.

The refund will be the original purchase price only, initial delivery charges will not be reimbursed.  Refunds will be made to your original method of payment. This will process within 3-5 working days depending on your bank and immdiate if using paypal. 

Foot World does not accept liability for goods damaged in transit during the return process.  

We strongly advise customers use a trackable service to return goods as Foot World will neither be held liable if items are lost in transit. 

All returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. However during busy periods such as Christmas this may take longer.
