DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Same day if placed by 11.30am.
UK: We use Royal Mail and DHL as our Partners.
All standard deliveries are via Royal Mail and Express/Next day is Via DHL or Royal Mail.
EU customers: DHL is used for both standard and Express services.
Rest of the World: Standard service via Royal mail and Express Service (1-2 days) via DHL. Click on icon to go to our partner courier sites. 
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We will provide a refund within 30 days for items purchased with Foot World.
Items must be in original condition in which they were sent out. In original packaging unworn and unsoiled, please test shoes on a clean surface.
Please report return to us via opening a return, this should be done within 5 days of the delivery date.
Refund will be the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment. Buyer is responsible for all postage charges. The time it will take to appear on your bank account will be between 3-10 days. If item is returned to us after 14 days of purchase date it will be ineligible. A credit note may be offered at Foot World's discretion.
Foot World does not take responsibility of damage that could occur during the return process. Please ensure goods are well protected when goods are returned to us, shoe boxes must be protected and be returned to us undamaged as they are inherent to the product. Damage to box may result in item being ineligible for refund. Please use a trackable service to return goods as Foot World will not be held liable if items are lost by a courier.
All returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. However, during busy periods such as Christmas this will may take longer.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible to pay for all postage charges, for us to send out an exchange we would kindly ask our customers to make an additional payment of £5.99 for UK deliveries, for international deliveries it will be £15 for a standard service and £30 for an express service with DHL.
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

UK:
Royal Mail tracked 48 - FREE service (2-3 working days),
NEXT DAY (1-2 working days). The charge for delivery is per item, however with multiple items being purchased, a shippinng discount will be provided at checkout.

International:
We prefer to use couriers to ship our products due to the relability.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in as all deliveries must be signed for. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you, but unfortunately we cannot leave a parcel unless there is someone to accept it. Please enter your alternative delivery address when you place your order.
If the courier is unable to deliver, a card to explain how to arrange a redelivery or collection will be left or a email/ text will be sent if you provided this information at check out.
If for any reason there is a delay dispatching your order, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and provide you with an alternative date for delivery. If you are not happy with the revised date, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
International: All countries may have additional import requirements, with the possibility of import duties being added. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The import and duty policies vary from country to country and we cannot advise you how much duty will be applied to your order value, please seek advice from your countries relevant governing bodies before placing your order.
